The Derbyshire village of Tissington dress their six wells annually and open them up to the public. During the course of a week thousands descend on the village to see flower petals and other natural products pressed into wet clay. These collages which adorn the wells have traditionally depicted Biblical themes. Over the last 30 years, OAM have presented ‘The Making and the Message of the Well Dressings’ every 30 minutes daily during the Well Dressing festival.
